Experienced Holistic Therapist
Salary: Up to £40,000
Role: Full-time employment
Location: St John's, Tunbridge Wells
The Role
This role is for an experienced holistic therapist who is confident in the treatments they offer, and wants to join as a founding member of the team as we grow. We're looking for someone who likes to make a difference, who likes to work intuitively, offering bespoke treatments, meaningful connections, and recognizes the power of touch.
As one of the founding members of the team, you'll get the opportunity to shape the direction of the business and contribute to making it a success. The role will begin as a Holistic Therapist working alongside Rosie in our new Tunbridge Wells Boutique Spa, helping with the design and launch. As we grow the team, there will be an opportunity to develop the role into a more managerial, training-focused, or hands-on specialist role, depending on your preference.
As a brand, we believe in creating a very welcoming, comforting, and caring space for clients where they feel unrushed, safe, and nurtured. Our goal is to build a boutique spa brand known for exceptional treatments and thoughtful, memorable client experiences, through beautiful holistic treatments such as massage, relaxing facials, sound healing, and energy work.
There will be a huge amount of training available, to increase your knowledge and improve your skills as a therapist. So, we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn more and explore different techniques and practices. We want to create a culture and team of passionate and like-minded therapists, who genuinely care for their clients and colleagues.
