Sound Healing
This immersive form of meditation bathes you in sound waves, with a variety of healing instruments at calming frequencies. The experience relieves stress and tension, by transporting you into a relaxed dream-like state of mind. We incorporate aromatherapy and Reiki healing, to enhance the experience through all of your senses, enabling you to fully switch off and focus on your wellbeing.

Group Private Sound Baths
We offer private sound baths from our studio in Sevenoaks, or from the comfort of your own home. For a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 12. Please note, if the location isn’t within close proximity to Sevenoaks, prices may vary depending on the cost of travel.
