We start with a thorough consultation, to enable us to really understand your specific concerns, discussing and crafting a treatment that is tailored to you. Some of the massage techniques we can incorporate are hot stones, Swedish, myofascial release, deep-tissue, bamboo, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, pressure points, and stretches. Let us know if you'd like a full list as this isn't all of them, and we can incorporate facial elements or energy healing if you'd like us to.
