This immersive form of meditation bathes you in sound waves, with a variety of healing instruments at calming frequencies. The experience relieves stress and tension, by transporting you into a relaxed dream-like state of mind. We incorporate aromatherapy and Reiki healing, to enhance the experience through all your senses, enabling you to fully switch off and focus on your wellbeing. This treatment is a private 1-1 sound bath for one or two people, with a guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, tubular chimes and more.
