How to Apply at Home
Wrap cold, damp towels around your calves and elevate your feet for 10–15 minutes.
Place aromatherapy herbs in a bowl of hot water, lay a towel over your head, and breathe.
Have two large bowls, one warm, one cold. Alternate your feet between them.
