Our every day lives can be stressful and busy, so it’s important to find small ways we can easily incorporate stress relief to keep us feeling positive and balanced.
Music and sound can be incredibly healing, and we can use them in our daily lives, whether that’s for energising, relaxing, promoting sleep or stress relief. Music can bring us together with friends or family, and we may even feel as if the sounds reflect how we feel emotionally.
Be mindful of what you listen to, and choose music that brings you comfort or makes you feel better. This may be the sound of nature for stress relief, the rain or the ocean.
When designing our signature treatment, not only was the music an important factor, but also the aromas and scents you can smell throughout your experience. We’ve chosen a beautiful aromatherapy blend for the face and for the body, giving you the chance to drift off into pure relaxation. You can use aromatherapy at home too, in a candle, oil burner or diffuser. The scent you are drawn to may change each day, depending on your mood, plans or need.
Choosing the one you are drawn to that particular morning will give you what you need for that time, whether that is a calming or more uplifting scent.
