The Role

 

We're looking for a passionate therapist who wants to develop their skills in holistic treatments, such as massage, facials, reflexology, and energy healing. We're looking for someone who likes to make a difference to others through care & empathy, who enjoys working intuitively, developing meaningful connections, and recognises the power of touch.

 

As one of the founding members of the team, you'll get the opportunity to shape the direction of the business and contribute to making it a success. The role will begin as a Holistic Therapist working alongside Rosie in our new Tunbridge Wells Boutique Spa, helping with the design and launch. Rosie will deliver a lot of internal training, to develop your skills & learn new techniques. There will also be plenty of external training, as well as an opportunity for the role to develop into a more managerial, training-focused, or hands-on specialist role, depending on your preference in the future.

Responsibilities

​​

• Delivering exceptional holistic treatments (including massage, facials, reflexology, and energy healing & sound healing), resulting in 5-star reviews & positive client feedback.

• Building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring clients leave feeling cared for and relaxed, contributing to high client retention & referrals.

• Supporting front of house and management, as and when required (including reception, serving beverages and food). Helping set the tone for professionalism and warmth.

• Maintaining the treatment room & spa environment and standards, ensuring the space is always clean, organised, and welcoming.

• Contributing to & appearing in marketing content (such as social media, adverts, and our website), as well as helping refine and develop our treatment menu & client experience.

Skills & Experience

 

Required

• Qualified with CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT, NVQ, ITech, or City & Guilds, at level 3 or equivalent

• Demonstrable skills in massage or other holistic treatments (such as facials, energy or sound healing, reflexology)

• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional client manner

• High standards for cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism

• Reliable, proactive, and happy to learn.

• Takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences

Valued

• Some experience working in a team of therapists in a salon, clinic, or spa

• Additional experience and qualifications in holistic practices and techniques

• An interest in holistic wellbeing, and a passion for helping and caring for people
