The Role

​

We are looking for an experienced, confident therapist to become the lead therapist for our treatment room in Sevenoaks.

This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments but also wants more ownership, responsibility & opportunities for growth than a typical spa. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a growing business and wants to play a meaningful role in building something special.

You will work alongside Rosie, helping deliver the best possible client experiences. Over time you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the treatment room, with support from Rosie & Alex.

​

As Parsley Spa expands into new locations, this role will grow into a management position and beyond. You will be a founding member of the team, giving you the chance to help build the brand & influence its direction as we grow.

Responsibilities

​​

• Delivering exceptional holistic treatments will be the main focus at the beginning

• Build strong relationships with clients & encourage client retention

• Help refine and develop our treatment menu, and support the training of new therapists in the future

• Maintain the treatment room environment and standards, and gradually take on more operational responsibility as the business grows

• Contribute towards & appear in marketing content (social media, adverts, website, etc.)

Skills & Experience

 

Required

• Previous experience as a senior therapist in a spa, clinic, or salon

• Excellent massage and holistic treatment skills

• Strong communication with clients & fluent English

• Experience growing a team of therapists or managing a salon, clinic, or spa

• Interest in holistic wellness and emotional wellbeing
