Join us for a peaceful morning, floating on the water as you enjoy the sounds of nature and healing vibrations of the sound therapy. Become completely immersed in the outdoors as you drift into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.
This session will offer you the chance to reflect inwardly and let go of what no longer serves you.
Suitable for 18+ years.
No paddleboarding experience needed.
Bring your own paddleboard or hire one for £10.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the gym.
